Both of the eastern superpowers, Russia and China, have been accused of using means of "soft" intrusive foreign policy to gain more influence in the Central European region. The so-called hybrid war is reportedly led on many different fronts, including economic investing, espionage, propaganda and spreading of fake news. Is there anything that we can do about this or is this a decidedly one-sided phenomenon? And importantly, is there any substantial threat to autonomy of the CE countries in the future? These questions will be analyzed and discussed with leading diplomats from the region.
