The student and professional tickets include an all-day pass for panels, roundtables, and workshops, together with lunch and other refreshments on the conference day. You can also purchase a ticket which includes an evening reception with warm dinner and an open bar at the Czech Embassy, which generously supports us. Anyone unable to attend in-person can also obtain online access to all panels, and selected workshops and roundtables.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, we reserve the right to cancel the in-person part of the conference, where the entire event transfers to an online mode. Attendees will be refunded the difference between their ticket and the online ticket. This condition also applies to attendees that test positive and need to self-isolate, or cannot come to London due to travel restrictions. This may also affect the conference venue, which might change as we follow the government's anti-pandemic strategy.
